New Greenhouse Gas Evaluatior Courses in Malaysia

Following the opening of the new Aspects International office in Malaysia, we are running a number of courses, including the high level Lead Green House Gas Evaluator Course.

Name :

Integrated Management Systems

Duration : 5 days
Venue : Various

Description :

This five day, highly interactive course is designed to enable businesses to implement an integrated management system to enable them to control their environmental and health and safety, and to be able to audit against the system.
What you will achieve
The course provides attendees with an in depth look at integrated systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 19011 management systems. It allows for discussion of the growth of legislation and sustainable development and sets out the use of Activity Based Costing systems to identify opportunities for financial savings.
Attendees will look at the different methods for identifying and assessing the risk of losing control in terms of occupational health & safety, environment and quality. The importance of improving operational control and some of the weaknesses of monitoring & measurement and data assessment are also considered.
Attendees will also be given detailed information on audit strategy, the use of audit trails and auditing an integrated management system, during an interactive workshop which will give attendees the required skills to carry out audit against their own business’s system.
The “classroom learning” is backed up by a site audit of a local business, which is an all day visit to a major high-risk site or visits to two smaller sites from different industries. This in turn is reinforced by discussing the audit findings, writing non-conformances and discussing opportunities for improving and integrating management systems, before sitting an examination.
